Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Arlo Burger Bar collects when you use arloburgerbar.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, email address (if you give one), the items you order, any notes you add, your chosen branch and whether you want delivery or pickup.
  • Payment: the payment method you choose (cash on delivery or card on delivery). Card-on-delivery payments are taken on a card machine; we do not record your card details. Where online card payment is offered, your card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page. We do not see or store full card details.
  • Technical information: such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see section 5).
  • Messages: anything you send us through a contact form.

2. How we use it

  • To prepare, deliver and track your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To deal with questions, complaints and problems with orders.
  • To help prevent fake or fraudulent orders.
  • To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.

3. Who we share it with

  • Our branch staff and delivery riders, who need your name, phone number, address and order to prepare and deliver it.
  • Service providers who help us run the website: our web hosting provider, our email service, Google Analytics (website statistics) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram advertising measurement).
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including accounting and legal requirements, and then delete them.

5. Cookies

  • Essential cookies keep your cart and your chosen branch while you order. The website cannot take orders without them.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) tell us how visitors use the site.
  • Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) help us measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to place an order.

6. Keeping it safe

The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Please email [email protected] or call any of our branches to make a request:

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
